Ugh, I'm definitely suffering from some kind of block. I've scrapped every picture I've started lately. I'm not happy with this, to my eyes she looks a little plain. But it's a rough idea of what she looks like. I'll probably redo the same picture in a few days with her final design. At least I hope so anyway. xDTess idolises her big sister Ella, so when she's old enough to become a Titan, she designs her uniform to resemble her sister's, ever so slightly. I'll put up her info when I have a final design for her.
EDIT: Tweaked her outfit slightly, but not too drastically. She has her mother's eyes and I've given her blonde hair because Beast Boy was blonde before he contracted Sakutia. Here's her info. I'm still trying to work out what her powers will be, but I'll post about that soon.

Ah, thank you. ^-^ I've done a redesign for her which will be up very soon; longer skirt, and a music note on her chest (which looked too empty to me) and a slight change in colour. I was originally going to add a hood, but I couldn't make it work. xD Not too many changes, so hopefully it will still fit in.

Each character should have their flare, after all. And when you think about it, Cyborg's design has all that intricate looking blue mechanics on it, so as long as it's in moderation, some detail is actually good.
