First off, good call deciding to leave Team Useless behind. Though Amy can be helpful at times, her constant Sonic-craze is really grating. Cream and Chris...let's not go there.
Anyway, I'm really surprised that Cameron kept his end of the deal when he threw Rouge off the ship. He totally could have gotten away with tossing her in a different chamber and doing untold experiments on her...though now I'm suddenly wondering if he hadn't already done some creepy evil science-thing and it's just waiting for a trigger phrase to kick in or something like that.
The were-fight was epic awesomeness, though. Thanks to the reference drawing at the bottom of that chapter I had a much easier time picturing all the steps in their dance. Extremely well-written.
Now, I'm not trying to nitpick or anything, but when was the last time any of them had 8 hours of sleep? I can understand Sonic not needing it since he's rejuvenated by Dark Gaia energy every night, but Tails and the others... It's a well-known fact that if a person doesn't sleep for 6 days they will die. They're either going to go crazy or suddenly drop into a dead faint, unable to stay awake any longer.

That's a good question, and I'm happy to answer 
they actually sleep on the plane in between trips across the globe.
Tails will sometimes put the plane on autopilot and ask someone to keep and eye on the cockpit and wake him if something goes wrong during flight.
