While I love the look of the girl (I wish I could make hair look half as good as you did here), the layout is pretty bad -- over half of the text is covered up, meaning you cant read her name. Not being a comic book guy, I wouldnt have known her name if not for the description, which is an art fail.

There are really a lot of comments here, but hey, it is good. And not only by the pic but the whole SHIELD and the propaganda. SHIELD is the most interesting thing in the Marvel Universe. They are dirty, older, killers, full of secrets, have been everywhere, knows everyone, and are alweys in the shadows of the skies, watching....
