Btw, a little bug on her skirt. If you bend her right thigh a part of her skirt also moves. It forms a triangle behind her upper thigh.

Also, please give her eye bones.

Yeah, I'm not that good at rigging, but I included a .blend file for anyone who is good at rigging( also, it's fixed)

As for the eyes, you just move the eye texture(s) around.(I tried rigging the eyes, but the meshes kept poking out of the sides of her face)
