Hmm.. ok the problem isn't the format. I don't know if you built the armature yourself, but it lacks IK bones which make it pose correctly instead of being stretched out like goo.

Ah... okay... well.. in Blender they're not that great. I could probably do Lucca with the Rigify addon, but for long hair and dresses, it'll be tricky
