1.) I headcanon that Countess Coloratura is a siren. She's not malicious (she's actually quite sweet), but the stigma of sirens as bewitching, bloodthirsty carnivores has persisted centuries after Starswirl's defeat over the Siren Sisters- cunning Adagio, wicked Aria, and Sonata, who was also there. Coloratura keeps a glamour spell in place to make her appear as unsuspecting and friendly as any little equine, and if she drains a little energy from her adoring fans, who can complain?

Sirens and ponies cannot interbreed. If you wanted to know why Coloratura and Sapphire Shores elected to utilize a donor to have their daughter Zee, welp, now ya know

Sapphire of course, knows her wife's secret. Zee does not, though she does have vague memories of clumsily paddling around in her familie's private lake when she was very small, with a large, dark shape in the water, gently nudging her and keeping her afloat....

2.) Human Buck and Radhi taking care of an orphaned kangaroo joey. They named him Rudy and they love their small hairy son

3.) Moondancer and Zee's hypothetical muleicorn bab. She still doesn't have an official name besides her dad's nickname for her
While she's quite gifted in song and dance (dance practice with her parents is her favorite!), it's possible her true talent is science! She's as studious as her father and very interested in forming and testing various hypotheses.....but, while her peers are building shoddy paper-mache volcanoes, Biscuit is far more interested in what happens if she builds an exact historical recreation of a Canterlot war trebuchet, then launches herself halfway across Equestria in it ("Manehatten or bust, Daddy!")
Zee is very proud of her zany genius bab and spoils her absolutely rotten. Moony thinks that raising his daughter has taken at least a decade of his lifespan, and tries to steer her into more harmless interests, like tea parties and teddy bears ("But it's hardly flammable, Dad!")

"I can only imagine her being such a fan of her older "cousin" Oddball you don’t even know. He’s sooooo smart!! And has his own secret lab!! (He was utterly baffled when she broke his complex spell lock and very impressed despite himself). Somehow, with her stubborn persistence, she becomes somewhat of an assistant to him. He finds her rather annoying at first (she NEVER stops chattering and has an alarming talent for getting nonflammable things to somehow catch fire) buuuut over time becomes very fond of his little science partner and secretly views her as something of a surrogate little sister. Her boundless curiosity and passion for science charms him and sometimes, he’ll give her a very rare hair ruffle when she successfully completes a project (without making something explode)."

4.) concept art for Radhi's grandmother Neema, the wise and only mildly crazy leader of the Marengetti herd. One of her favorite pastimes is making up odd, random-ass "traditions" and legends and convincing Buck that they're true. Buck spent three months believing her old back-scratcher was a secret lost treasure of an ancient Zegyptian pharaoh, poor silly pony
