Hello there!Not much to report today. I just thought I would share with you the last digital painting I made today.
Here is... a Jedi girl with no name for the moment
Not much to say about her right now, besides the fact that you may have seen her in one of my previous paintings already (not telling which one, let's see if you can find out xD)
Boring details:
Photoshop CS2, Bamboo Fun tablet, a bit over 4 hours of work.
Textures for background made with Filter Forge.
Pose reference by ~soul-aurora

Smooth and sweet, as always 
You've always been very good with clothing too, as in this piece again. The background is pretty good too, its a surreal looking wall but i like it. I dont know where the character is exactly, but to me it seems she's landed in the cargo bay of some kind of (star)ship and trying to keep herself hidden there.
Its hard to give real good critism on this work, or something you can use for further drawings. There is one little tiny but i have noticed. Her ear looks glued on her face, perhaps connect the dark shadow thats next to it a little bit with the ear. So make the ear on the right side, a bit darker and keep it nice and light in the middle, so the skin from the ear flows more with her face. I hope you understand what i tried to say.

I totally see what you mean about the ear, and I agree with you. It bugged me too, but I did it so fast that I honestly didn't really pay attention to the details. It was one of those days without real inspiration, but wanting to do something still.. lol

Wow, this is an overrated Jedi pose but I can say--the details in the hand and the distance of the feet are well-emphasized.

That is the example of wanting to draw something but having no real inspiration, like we talked about on facebook a few days ago ;D
The point also was to make the little video that goes with it, so I wanted to make something nice and quick and easy.. lol
