Tails wont die, cannot die. when he is infused with Gurthrath, he is eternal. but even if he wernt, Tails is allready dead, so cant die again. remember, Sonic became friends with a two tailed ghost.
as for Gurthrath, he is the eternal darkness.

I kinda get it, but not really... Maybe the power of the Chaos Emeralds or the crystals can separate Gurthrath and Tails so that Tails will be safe?
