It's very simple, you are dating a waifu and you get to choose the answers that will be given to her, I'll have one comment for each possibility and you have to like the one that you prefer, the comment with the most likes decides what will happen on the next page !

We could say this is a simulation of a dating simulator ... A dating simulator simulator !
