Introducing a powerful villainess and the leader of the supervillain team Malevolence. Dr. Megan AKA Mecha Empress is an extremely powerful cybernetic metahuman that can control technology, has a genius level intellect, vast superhuman strength/durability and more abilities.Dr. Megan was a former Crane Corporation scientist turned against Mistress Velvet, and she doesn't seem to be a big fan of The Valkyrie Squad either.

FYI - The word "metahuman" and "mutant" actually means the same thing. It's just DC and Marvel are competitors so they don't wan to use the same terminology. I just thought you might like to know that since you have used both terms. Their are different types of metas the same way there are different types of mutants. DC and Marvel just have two different terms for the same idea.
