In the web novel at least. I haven't gotten that far in the light novel yet. The web novel is kind of the first draft, with the light novel making changes and adding new content. Started with volume 4 things change a bit from the original, with several volumes being only exclusive content. The anime seems to be following the light novel, as L'Arc and Therese weren't in the web novel.
Because of all the new content it's taken longer for Bitch to get into trouble again. I'm still catching up with the light novel, but Bitch is MIA as of volume 10. (Everything from before Rishia joined was from the first five volumes) So I don't know if it will happen in the light novel and I'm not convinced the anime will adapt that even if they do.

Good question. Short answer, I don't know. It would depend on them getting a third season. However the anime has been cutting out or glossing over some of the darker aspects of the story. I'm really disappointed how they handled Rishia's depression and suicide attempt.
