My drawing in Black and Red Ink. I wanted to bring attention to the fact that every 15 minutes an Elephant is killed JUST for their tusks! They leave the entire body just for dead and no purpose. It's a pretty horrible act especially since we're supposed to be living in a civilized time. I'd like to bring awareness through art about these acts and try and do my part to help! We CAN do something about it and there are people out there helping.

My first thought when I saw this was an elephant through a poacher's eyes. You definitely brought attention to the tusks! The red is so fitting

yeah, after doing some research i was shocked at the amount of death of these animals that happens just in the name of tusks! it blew me away. so i felt like i needed to do my part in helping out. Also Rhinos is a big problem as well. i've done a drawing and campaign to help them as well.
