Clean up some of the dark bits that use black/dark grey to add shadow, do more of what you did on the fur and add a darker/opposite colour of the thing, like his tongue.

Clear up and make lines of the collar less jagged, they look kinda unsure right now. Also be a bit looser with your lines on the edges of your paint for the fur texture. Your edges are all a bit too clean on the colours, let some of the paintbrush texture show the fur.

He's looking great already, honestly just keep drawing and reviewing your work after 1-2 weeks and you'll start to see what you need to improve on. Good luck, and keep drawing bud (:
