Description A picture of Cyber-Cat before he had his accident, found horrible government secrets, suffered tremendous psychological/emotional trama and went insane!

Time for some long-winded and revealing backstory...
As with most mass-murdering lunatics, our friend was once a (more or less) perfectly normal feline, he was actually quite exceptionally brilliant.
As with all males in this society he was required to enter the millitary when he came of age and undergo training, it was here that he met our hero, the leader, and made a lifelong friend. They both ascended to high ranks quickly gaining respect, admiration and enemies along the way.
Cyber-cat excelled by way of his brilliant mind, he was not only highly intelligent and endlessly knowledgable about a great many things but held a sense of common wisdom as well as a firm grasp on logic. He was brilliant. He was matched in gray matter perhaps only by the leader who prove an excellent tactician.
They were nearly even in all that they pursued, every field of study fell to their seemingly endless capabilities, from technical know-how to fighting skill they waged a private personal war each trying to out do the other, yet remaining close friends through it all.
When Cyber-cat got married (that's right, he was married) Leader was his best-man. (or some sort of cat equivilant to a best man)
Then the world war finally broke out, they were put at the spearhead of every campaign, and working together they beat back the enemy each time.
When the war reached it's peak and victory seemed assured, Cyber ran across something he wasn't supposed to...
...the real reason for the war and the very cause of a disease that had always been considered a natural condition.
Horrified at what he found, he sought to flee the country with his wife and friend, but the government was three steps ahead of him.
He found his wife murdered and a squad of special ops waiting for him, it wasn't the first time he'd killed someone...
...but it was the first time he'd took pleasure in it.

Grieviously injured and devoid of any sense, he went into hiding and nursed his wounds. Utilizing his technological skill and his knowledge of forbidden technology he created replacement parts for himself and dramatically changed both in appearance and in character.

The war ended with the mysterious disappearance of one of the leading generals, the country mourned and so did the Leader.
They did not mourn for long however as a series of gruesome killings broke out amng the highest ranks in the nation. No one ever saw or could even guess who the killer was because he left no trace of his presence, only a corpse.
The officials who were left were understandibly aggitated and they put they most brilliant mind available on the case.
The leader.
For three weeks he tracked the mystery demon without luck until in the midst of the fourth week he awoke to find a letter left at his bedside table stating flatly that the killings would not stop until there were none left who knew enough of the secret plot to carry it out.
Naturally confused, the leader confronted the three remaining targets (out of twelve) who refused to say anything until the leader tried to walk out on them.
They then revealed to whole story. (I'm not going to tell you what it is, it's classified)

Horrified at the secret and the news of his friend (presumed dead) he crossed the room and sank into a chair just in time to see the last three officials die.
He did not see the killing blow and did not stay to see the bodies slump to the floor, he had seen the foot of his quarry slip back up into the ceiling and Leader was close behind.
He caught him on the roof, but only because Cyber had stopped long enough for him to catch up.
Long enough to reveal to his old friend that the world was going to end.
Long enough to reveal that monstrous "things" were even now wending their malevolent way to the planet.
Long enough to reveal the location of the object of all of this madness.
Long enough to reveal that despite his efforts, the plan had been carried out.
Long enough to reveal that further action would be taken.

Then he was gone.
