got my arse into gear and did a submission for the rather excellent covered blog, for transformers #5. the original can be seen here:[link]
this has always been a special cover for me, it was the first time a cover stopped me in my tracks, and made me gawp in awe at it, considering all the implications and suggestions of what it meant, and whether the contents of the issue could be as dark as shockwave's proclamation heralded. which it was. he sure did have a lot of bodies in this issue. ol' one-eye sure was a bastard, as far as transformers go.

I always dug the original version of this cover. I had an old TPB of the comics, when I was little. Unfortunately, at the time, I didn't understand that the comics weren't just the cartoon told in comic book form, but were, in fact, their own tales. As a result, I never ended up reading the entire thing. But I had it laying around for years and years.
Therefore, any version I see of this cover is fantastic. Also, your artwork is always top-notch, Mitzo. So, y'know. Good job and stuff.
