OK, it's goin' into the regular gallery.................*waits to be struck by Irish lightening*
I have absolutely no permission to color this. Getting in touch with the Mighty Nick Roche is hard.
But this is my favorite TF cover ever. So I HAD TO color it. Nick, if you want me to take it down, I will do so.
!EDIT! I got to show him this at Auto Assembly, and he liked it!! Woo-hooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
I'm very happy with how it turned out, even though I started out wanting so hard to make that lamp purple and the surroundings brown..... Guess this can be read as enlightened Megs with the darker purple shadow of what Decepticonism became looming behind him...?
This is the closest that canon has ever come to "my" Megatron. I love James and John forever for making it happen.
And I love Nick for this cover. No Helmet!!

Hey, I happen to like this, Dark. I especially like the light source and the podium/desk thing... and the fact that Megs' head doesn't look like it's going to photosynthesize without his helmet.

Dangit, Megs, don't make me pull out the heavy pet name guns! I could come up with much worse! Or, yanno, we could just paint him pink again. Or was it lavender to complement Pepto Bismol Prime's colors?

Not gonna lie, first thing my brain thought (and I make no excuses for this, I've had to take a double-dose of hayfever drugs today) is New Megatron sat there trawling through his homework (he has to get through pages 5,946 - 6,105 of the Code) now he has become a puny Autobutt... and behind him lurks Old Megatron, saying only one thing from the Dark Shadows
