That's a nice map, if I could suggest something : Hungary should be separated from Austria, it became a part of the Habsburg empire mainly due to the Ottoman invasion of the core of their territory.
Without Turks in Anatolia, Hungary would've stay the main danubian empire
And without Hungary, Habsburg would've loose the War of the Austrian Succession, I guess Prussian kings could've became the new Holy Roman Emperor, and French kings would've annex Austrian Belgium.
Many things would've change in Europe without the Ottomans
