Instead of names like "GlueMan." Why not something like "Paste/Plaster-Man?" And HammerMan could be "MalletMan."

Most of the RM's don't even fit their name,like Ghost Man,its more like a Purple Devil Jr. and even Glue Man dosen't have that Gluelistic feel,he's just lamer then PUMP Man!!!!
I think CapCom and Mega Man 10 did better then you man,I mean,even you make Dust Man feel like The Hulk!
