Doesnt mean its cannon because its known, the most known is Nel and Nnoitra or Nel and Grimmjow or Grimmjow with Ulquiorra or Nel with Harribel. Doesnt mean anything its just fandom :/

Then dont go around stating the popular pairings are cannon. So that is my point, you were stating it as if Starrk and Harribel were a cannon pairing which is not.

But they are. You haven't read enough stories which pair Starrk and Harribel together goodly. Beside I'm not staring pairing, I'm stating them for which one work the best.
Few other good example are Ggio and Apacci, Yylfordt and Menoly, and Findor and Sung-sun.

But its fandom not cannon meaning they never have happened/would by Kubo himself. So you cant state that Starrk loved Harribel, or the other way around. Where is the proof by Kubo, not fandom. And for a matter of fact to me I do not care for Harribel x Starrk. Just like you not liking any Thuinderwitchxother cannons. Ive seen plenty of pairing pictures/stories with her that seem great I bet that makes it cannon right? Thats what Im just tryinbg to point out, the difference from actual cannon pairings to popular fandom pairings, do you get what I mean now?
