So, remember that OC I mentioned was helping me to make? I was going to wait to get a ref sheet before posting his profile. Thanks to my awesome friend though I now have a ref sheet. Bio:

Born the eldest of three siblings, Dimitri was always, to a degree, the most serious of the three. It wasn’t that he didn’t know how to have fun, he just saw it as his duty to be an example and look after his younger siblings. Dimitri always admired the heroes of his homeland, quirked or not, and strove to be just like them, a strong protector of Russia and justice. One of these heroes he came to really admire and even develop a crush on as he got older was Apex, the No.1 Hero of Russia.

He constantly trained his body, mind, and quirk each day so he could live up to the standards that Apex and the other heroes he admired upheld, Much to the annoyance and amusement of his younger siblings, who would tease him about his liking of Apex, joking that if he liked her so much he should marry her. This, often got him away from his training and into a bit of fun shenanigans with his siblings after he spent a bit chasing them, especially after they’d call him Dima, which he didn’t think sounded as cool as his full name.

After much hard work, Dimitri and his family were excited when he got a letter saying he was accepted to Zima Academy, Russia’s premier hero school, where he would go on to learn how to be a hero. After saying goodbye for now to his family, he left his hometown of Chabarovsk for Siberia, where the academy was stationed, though he always visited during holidays. During his time he poured himself into his studies, putting his all into not only making his family proud, but to become one of, if not the top hero of Russia. To which his efforts were recognized as he was named one of the academy’s Big 3.

When it came time for graduation, Dimitri was not only awarded with honors, but most importantly, he had a big surprise in the gorm of Apex being a guest speaker for the ceremony. He was finally able to meet the hero he idolized and even still crushed on and, despite his best efforts to stay cool, did get a bit flustered but thankfully didn’t embarrass himself...too badly.

Not long after Dimitri graduated he set to work at building up his career as a protector of the Russian people, first setting up in his hometown before expanding throughout Russia. As he did so, he even managed to become a somewhat of a diplomatic hero by the age of twenty nine, getting permission to set up an agency in Japan. To which he worked hard to build up a good reputation as a fine example of a Russian hero and to bring further pride to his country as he not only defended his fellow Russians, but one of their neighbors as well.

A few years after establishing his second agency in Japan, Dimitri was in his hometown and once more ran into Apex as he went to eat at a local Chinese buffet, who was celebrating her a hard fought victory with her sidekick. Dimitri, not wanting to be rude by not saying hi and to also pay some respect to her, he eventually made his way to greet her. Unfortunately for Dimitri she was every bit as not interested in socializing as she was when she was at his graduation, not even remembering him from it or knowing who he was. Thankfully for him her sidekick Nero was there and he pushed her to be more friendly and social, filling her in on Dimitri and his exploits.

Thus still didn’t impress her all that much, though she still played nice. As they talked, with some help from Nero, Apex gradually grew a bit more friendly to Dimitri, but not by much, even laughing at some of his only minor accidental goof ups when he got a bit flustered about being around her. This did quite surprise Dimitri, as her behavior and attitude towards not just him, as it never wavered in how she brushed off and didn’t seem to even care he was trying to be friendly with her. It wasn’t that she was being a complete dick to him, she was a hero after all and carried herself as such, she just didn’t seem to care at all about getting to know people. What might have helped later on is that before they left, Neros suggested to Apex that she could form a working relationship with her and Dimitris’ agencies. Noting to her that it’d not only help her already great image, but show just how supportive she is to new heroes. Plus, by her doing so, it’d show she sees potential in the rising hero and acknowledges his accomplishments, thus it would be a good move to make that’d help them both. As she’d get up to leave Apex said in a way that didn’t give Dimitri much in the way of hope that she’d think on it.

Sometime later, after a few more run ins, a call from Apex that genuinely surprised Dimitri about agreeing to the agency cooperation, and working together here and their with their agencies. Dimitri would eventually gain the courage to ask her out. This proved successful, as she seemed to enjoy how he looked, but mostly pointed out that she just simply had a bit of a thing for younger men. As for currently, he’s only been dating Apex for a very short time and has his eyes set on the future and being among not only the top three heroes in Russia, but to inspire the younger generation to do great things.

Appearance:

Dimitri is a tall muscular man standing an imposing six foot five and a half inches. He has long, leg length spiky white hair and eyes that can be best described as being the exact color of fire. His skin tone is a light blue, likely due to his quirk, that makes him resemble an icicle of sorts. Every inch of him is like an idealistic strong Russian man with a powerful jaw and rough abs.

His clothing mainly consists of rather nice looking dress suits, some of which resemble his old school uniform ( sta.sh/026wunnkox0x) while others look like regular business suits or military esque, while one of his preferred (after the first type of suit, is a traditional military coat ( previews.123rf.com/images/ande…).

His hero outfit is an armored body suit (think Mr Freeze meets AIM soldier (but it’s armor but his head isn’t protected) with a mandalorian armor kinda look (thinkin along the lines of the heavy mando from the mandalorian) and a respirator like breathing mask that has tubing that runs all the way to a flamethrower style dual tank backpack. This backpack also has tubing that goes to his armored gauntlets that have wrist blasters and a gun barrel esque opening at the palms. In every sense he is kind of a walking tank.

Winter Assault is a mutation type quirk granting the user the ability to control and generate ice and snow. With this control over the winter elements the user can create power blasts of snow or ice, freeze objects, make weapons or projectiles, and even living snow or ice creatures like wolves. He can also use this quirk to also make platforms, walls, and even grant flight in whatever way he desires if he wishes to (Think Iceman from Xmen. He can also make ice wings or a dragon to do so...he can just be very creative with it). Though despite this great utility, if there is no snow or ice around the user is limited to what he has stored in his tank and makes through his breathing, Not only that, but if he goes past his limit he runs the risk of literally cracking throughout his body, but suffering from hypothermia as well.
