The tribbles would be the end of the borg.
Although, I think the borg, if they found them, would quickly try to assimilate the tribbles. They specifically add fast assimilation of a resources, which is the core ideal of the borg. Tribbles turn resources into numbers at an unprecedented rate.
The problem is, since tribbles are born pregnant, and spread so fast, the borg wouldn't be able to assimilate the young fast enough. Soon, there'd be at least one free tribble on any borg vessel. And it would get into the feeding tubes. Then, the borg vessel would end slowly and painfully.
Tribbles are the anti-borg.
