You sir are probably the only person in the world who would even DARE do fan art of these guys! Yes, I watched the specials when they aired, and yes, they were one of my earliest purchases in the, er, "collector's" videotape market. I cannot bear to buy them again on DVD - at least not yet - but I still remember them vividly. That was an early lesson that things which were awesome when I was a kid can turn out to be somewhat less than awesome in later years.
I am a fan of Brad Sanders though. Do you remember his "Clarence All My Children Update" thing? Good times.

I'll split ya. You take Ghetto Man, make him a workable, legit-seeming '70s hero, and I'll take Cyclone. Maybe throw him in with the Crimson Comet (who I've been meaning to get around to anyway). Figure Cyclone's what? 60s? maybe 70? in 1979. Say born 1910 or there abouts? Be 30 in the '40s, so that works.
