Dare I say it. I found that "Terror Toons" movie even worse than The Room and Food Fight.

There was only one cartoon character in "Evil Toons." At least by teaming him up with the "Terror Toons," using the plural can be justified!

I heard about these long ago.
"Evil Toons" sounds funny. I hear it's like "Roger Rabbit" meets "Evil Dead". As for "Terror Toons", well, in my opinion, the ones who made the film series was not thinking straight.

The only product that got the concept right was the original Masks comics. Even though the villain is just a guy with a magical mask the gives the wearer cartoon power.

I know its probably been a while since you did one of these, but how about a Hack/Slash and Nightbreed crossover? Or Hack/Slash and The Toxic Avenger?

Terror Toons had an interesting premise, but that was totally lost in the absurdly low production values and execution. I agree that it would have looked a lot better if Max Assassin and Doctor Carnage were animated.
As for Evil Toons, I've never seen it. Was the premise similar?

You are completely right.Β I loved the cover and the idea, but I knew what I was getting myself into when I watched it.Β I haven't seen the sequel, can you believe there is one?
However, I still enjoyed it, it's definitely a beer drinking buddy watching movie!
Evil Toons is actually much higher production values and stars David Carradine!!!Β
I say check it out if you dig this type of flick.Β Still silly and absurd, but very fun.Β Like a dirty, b-movie horror styleΒ Roger Rabbit!

I've skimmed through the sequel on Youtube, and it's even DUMBER. I'd even go as far as to say the overall atmosphere of it isn't as fun as the first. You can check it out whenever.Β
Maybe I'll check out Evil Toons sometime. I'm pretty much open minded towards any genre of movie.

Yes. One of the all time greatest series ever. HBO should bring that series back. New stories, new stars. So much potential!

How can they be called "Terror Toons" if they are live action characters in bad costumes, at least the toon on the right is actually animated!

Why did people even try to do something like Roger Rabbit when they didn't have the money to do more than a few seconds of animation? Or enough money for a decent movie?
Really? For me? Cool?
