I'm not sure about the name , being that he's a bad guy... ( maybe that's just my flag talking ) But I gotta say that look wise , Ice Mountie is very cool!... In both sense of the meaning!

You know, odd you should say that, he was intended to be a hero, but he got lumped in with this lineup and I didn't even think about it until I was finished and typed in "villains". I was just too lazy to redo it and pluck him out.
Possibly his storyline involves him having a change of heart or misunderstanding in his first adventure!
