As for the smile, I sometimes have the same problems in iClone.

I use DAZ 3D. The model that you start with is verrryyyy simple with no textures or features. You get to choose, load, and design a character with the resources you have in your 3D folder. And if I could name her? Idk. Maybe Serenity.
