Description
this took some time but i had gotten some new colored pencils and markers so i decided to go all out. so here is a full color reference for Regs, I'm sure it looks surprising to some since i tend to just shade and draw black and white and colors don't come across as they should.anyway do enjoy Regs in full color

I like the colorful theme going on here. I always imagined Regs having blonde hair instead. This green hairdo reminds me a lot of the Ralts line with the red bow in it.
