From the information that I got, in Vietnam is still considered an important language, and since it entered in organization of the francophony french is gaining a more important role but, if you are sure that this is wrong, then i may change it

I meant language, though geographically surrounded by Indo-European Romance languages, Basque is classified as a language isolate. It is the last remaining descendant of the pre-Indo-European languages ...
