yes i do everything by hand and iΒ΄m very proud of it...
itΒ΄s easy to take a normal photo and then you play a little bit on it with photoshop and it looks like a drawing...

The shading looks pretty good, especially the nose and mouth. The skin could go a little bit darker, but it looks good. The eyes could use a little more attention to detail. The hair could too. Hair is such a pain, I know, but it really helps out the drawing to spend time on it. I do like the stray hairs you added to the hair though.
