I can understand why no one would want to work it. I've heard it can really mess up your sleep cycle because you're being forced to sleep when the sun's out. If that's the case, I hope you've got some blackout curtains! We got some for the master bedroom and they work really well. They don't block out all the light but enough that I can sleep later without waking up suddenly.

yeah my sleep cycle is really messed up there are times i end up staying up for 24 hours cause its so hard to sleep...benadryl does help some most days hahaa
