i had a program approximately 20 years ago when windows 98 had been out a few years lol i had a program called ulead photo express i so loved that little program it could put sparklies and bubbles on everything ..i sadly lost the disk and dont know what ive done with it..but a little googling lol and i found they had turned the programs features into a plugin that was compatible with gimp and had saved it a year ago ...it was available on the plugin site..but i dont know now anymore.....gimp is the poor mans version of photoshop lol hahahaa...

That's awesome. I still have my Paint Shop Pro I used on my Windows Vista. I've had to reinstall it twice on my new computer and I'm going to have to do it a third time because every time my computer updates it installs some crap I don't need that makes the program unusable. Actually it installs a bunch of crap I don't want like games and junk I end up uninstalling anyway. It's really annoying and I don't know how to get the updates without all the other stuff they're trying to push on me.
