we got kids being hired where i work then quitting right after i swear kids these days they dont want to work..weve had 5 people this year i have had to work for and replace them cause they just dont want to come to work....in other words weve had several noshows who were fired...two even showed up drunk  a while back  and was ffired that day......this is why i am not on here as much..i am working hours for noshows..... but later in life they come begging for you to quit so they could have a job..this happened to me the other day..a dude came in smelled of alcohol and had the nerve to ask me if i would give him an application and if i qould quit just so hed have a job..i mean i like my job even though its min wage it pays for what i need atm if i needed more id have to get 2 or 3 other min wage jobs..you could not pay me to go into nursing or anything like that i tried it at one time but did not like it...the 12 hour shifts are killer i cant stay awake that long that but the money was nice while it lasted...ughh...

I wouldn't call it a "kids these days" thing. There were a fair amount of people I knew when I was a kid who were just not disciplined enough to be able to hold a job. One person I swear has never been able to hold a job for more than 6 months for whatever reason. She must have had 5 or 6 jobs under her belt before graduating high school. She went to Vo.Tech. but quit before she finished anything, so I think she still works that way. I guess some people never grow out of it either.

perhaps a bit of Add and a few other disorders i bet...read somewhere where a family stopped eating gluten and wheat and their children calmed right down..was so bad they almost seemed to be demonish

I haven't heard that one. I know that some people are gluten intolerant because of other illnesses they have, but for the most people gluten is totally harmless and it's basically mass hysteria now. lol
