as long as its not for a wallpaper site, and the image is changed and a lot of stuff added to it, and no nudity my galleries dont contain nudity for a reason... i wish to see originality and not stuff thats already put out on the internet, breaks my heart to see people put up copies of stuff that is already out there shoot i dont even paint my own photographs simply because there is no need for two copies of the same image unless i change it around. all my paintings all my drawings are based on places that dont exist... why copy something thats already there shoot you may use the tree but please dont make a direct copy of this image

no, its only a paint for my house, you see i am from Venezuela and here we have a tree call it Araguaney, i love that tree and i painted one recently but i gave it to a relative and now i want to paint another one, i know those trees are not the one but i like the photo

ok in order for me not to get all copyrighty over this i would need you to agree to only paint the tree, leave the creek out in its place a small waterfall or a little pond in its place with maybe a few rocks or flowers and change the shape of the tree please i will grant you and only you permission to paint it but please dont ask for a larger version or removal of the watermark last time i did that i had a whole bunch of people downloading my stuff from my other site and had to quickly add the redbubble watermark to try to control it. still cant stop people after the damage has been done..
also i would like to see you protect this work that means if you do make a complete painting with just the tree and its completey changed and you decide to sell this work as a cover, tee or print make sure noone else does either and by placing a notice on the back of your painting no reproduction without authorization... only you may make copies and prints if you successfully change the image enough to where it is not exactly like mine.
and i would kind of like to see it dont have to be a big image maybe a small marked preview if you like

i am sorry but i want to paint the all picture but i see that you really have problems with the copyright so forget it, i will not do it, thanks for the pictures anyway i hope we can share more images

sigh im sorry too but the pictures that i am wanting to paint myself (elk pictures) i cant i would have to pay 500 dollars for the rights to paint one of their pictures, i know i had contacted them. cause i cant go out and take pictures of elk, i have yet to even capture a deer. i cant let my stuff be painted because there are others in this world who really are ripoffs charging you thousands of dollars to even buy one of their images and paintings, there are images that can be painted in the public domain but then how do you really know for sure so that you wouldnt get sued
and what you are asking is a copyright infringement but if you didnt paint the background and changed the tree around a bit it wouldnt
