heh, for the life of me I cannot do clean lineart. 
However, cleaning up the colour just a bit would really make it wonderful. I hope you don't think I'm being too ornery, I feel kinda bad actually if I just comment with such nonsense as "that's pretty", and don't over any "constructive criticism".

I love the elegant frame, almost like an ornate window. Gorgeous, rich, dramatic colors. This picture has such a sense of presence.
