Description Finally got myself some copic pens!
i did use them on this but i also used my letroset pens

dunno why i did this just a random doodle to try out the pens i guess they're really fun to draw with! but yeah, i'll probably draw more little impy, fairy-like things, i've already sketched out one that i'm going to colour blue

maybe i'll make a set

:update: just added shadows and details on the pen
and i've also drawn more!

lol, hate it when that happens!
yeah they do! letroset pens are good too - i actually used mostly letroset pens in that pic - everything except the red really but they do look like digital art if you can use them properly - i muck it up usually

ahaha, not in this picture ^^ and do the copics dry quickly, or do they stay damp for a few minetes on the paper?

thanks err... i'm not sure, they do stay damp for a short time so that you can put other colors on top and they blend well like that, but they don't stay damp for very long - though long enough for you to color a whole section (if that makes sense ).... like i colored in the whole face on another drawing with all the shades and things without it drying up if you just take the picture in sections like that then it should be fine

yeah i'd reccommend a good marker pad for drawing on - i use a cheap sketchpad and the ink does spread a little and can be annoying but yeah i've done that before where i draw a sketch i'm so proud of and then i muck it up when i colour it in very annoying

i know, right? then i feel guilty and think "maybe it wouldnt have looked bad in black and white...." oh well i guess everyone has that problem with markers sometimes.

lol yeah! i hate that! and yeah - one of the disadvantages of markers, can't rub them out that's probably why i like using coloured pencils so much
