sketchdump of Peeta from the hunger games because i saw the film again and i just had too because Josh just IS Peeta.

i think because of seeing the film i have a clearer picture of how i wanted peeta to look all along, because josh has the perfect boyish-look peeta's described as having, and i could never really picture what that was before :/ so now my version of peeta is like a josh peeta hybrid o___o not complaining though xD

basicly:
pic 1: top left, first sketch of just peeta smiling, no particular point in the book
2: top right, chillin in the training centre with his training uniform on (dunno why he would be smiling at people hacking at dummies and such.... probably talking to katniss, awww)
3: middle left, ACTION SHOT, not really, just a srs face
4: middle right, proper action shot, telling katniss to run after the tracker jacker incident
5: bottom left, OH LOOK JOSH HUTCHERSON! -shot- no seriously so proud of this one, didn't use any reference, complete fluke, just sat there like "dum dee dum dee dumm... *drawing peeta in his interview suit* HOLY MOTHER OF GOD IT SLIGHTLY RESEMBLES JOSH HUTCHERSON, WHAT SORCERY IS THIS!? DON'T CARE, MUST NOT CHANGE ANYTHING *backs away slowly in case it suddenly changes or self-combusts* i' m not crazy thinking it looks like him no?
6: bottom right, cave scene/scene with the cut on his leg, epicly dramatic wincing manoeuvre =w=b (don't know if he even says that in the books but yeah... )

i should be on hiatus until friday, but i saw the film again recently and have been dying to draw more HG stuff since. i'm going to do one of katniss and another of other characters later, basically the uploading of a massive HG sketchdump is imminent OvOb

used: hb pencil, white pen for highlights
