sketches of the characters from suzanne collins' "The Hunger Games" - turning out to be my favourite series ever methinks and can't wait for the film fhjdkshfjladk *splodes*so these are the main characters from the hunger games (1st book) as i pictured them... kinda. i pictured them real but drew them anime-ish ¬¬ i will attempt semi-realism later..
explanations of why they look like they do:
Gale: tried to make him and Katniss look similar since they "could have been related"
Haymitch: a drunken hobo version of my dad. sad but true.
Rue: first though she looked like my sister, then found out she had darker skin so she ended up like this ^^
Prim: a blond version of my sister basically xD tried to make her and rue similar since Rue is described as a dark version of Prim.
Foxface: always thought she would be a scarf wearing person..
The rest is just what i got from the basic physical descriptions of each of them

i've got all this stuff to do for my art course in school (because i'm applying to uni this year and I need to finish a portfolio to send to them to get me in and omfgitissostressful QAQ) so i keep thinking up stuff i want to draw and i'm like AMG NO TIMMEEEE QAQ but yeah i can't wait either xD i'll finally be able to draw things for people again!

yess omg they must get a good finnick. if they get robert pattinson i'll kill them O_O not that i have anything against the guy, just that with all the twilight stuff and him people are going to associate twilight with the hunger games even more =_=. then again, he might do a good job as finnick, he's hilarious in real life! xD but still for some reason i pictured finnick looking like alex pettyfer or something :/ but yes *squee* nonetheless xD

ROFL I have a friend and she and her sister don't look ALIKE AT ALL
She has freckles, brown curly hair, and brown eyes. While her sister is no freckles, blonde straight hair and blue eyes. So my friend looks nothing like her mom and a whole lot like her dad xD and vice versa with her sister.
