I like the concept its like She's just too tired or frustrated to even give any care to the world or she's just too cool for that LOL.

I think this is a visually appealing image! Nicely and seamlessly done effects! great job!

Well, as a non digital, I will really struggle to critique the technical skill, but visually, I think this is an awesome image. I think the image and the background work together very well, the composition works quite well. Personally, I would have had the girl a little smaller to show a bit more background, but otherwise would not change a thing. Nice job.
