Description
This started out as a pretty boring painting of a robot fighting my vampire character. I wasn't happy with it, and then I woke up yesterday morning, and the first thought in my head was, I know exactly what I need to do to fix that picture. And then I went nuts crazy. Most fun I've had on Photoshop in awhile.Related content

certain areas of the robot look kinda mis matched, like the knee and the bridge between the wings. Overall, it looks really cool and a mix of cyber-tech and medival guardians/knights.

Thanks a lot man...yeah I didn't want him to look too much like a transformer, and I've always got this theme running through them all of mixing the old myths with the modern day. i think I maybe could have blended the bit between the wings better but I actually think the knee and leg area are pretty convincing. Thanks for always showing an interest when I make a real effort!

yep cyrus is probably right about the girl, the chain and the hair are a bit strange compare to the amount of details on the robot...
But I don't look at her...

yep, her skin's colour is far more better like that, it fit the rest of the scene. The effect on the chain works fine.

Yay! I win! Yeah I have a basic story in my head of who all these characters are...but I haven't thought of too many details yet...this way I can still change whatever I want in the middle of making a picture if it looks cooler that way...I'll write it after I finish this last piece and send it to you ;D

she doesn't really fit with the rest of the picture
she's just too smooth. i know you probably don't want her to be covered in stuff so that she stands out from the robot but i think if you just gave her sharper lines...

Yeah thanks for all the compliments bro! There's a lot more wrong with her than just being smooth, her anatomy is all messed up. I'm fixing her today, changing the chain too. You'll see...
