first of all, no. D: i wish we could add more layers in it, but there's only two.
to make the blue sketch lighter, click on 'white re' [white rectangle] and then you know the A bar under the RGB bars? well drag that down to a lower opacity and then drag the white rectangle over the picture until it's as light as you want.
