nyssa doesn't really know anybody around town, so most sets of footsteps aren't really recognizable to her, until - wait!!! is that!!!!! was that the cute undead possum from her other magic classes?! she had had so much fun speaking to them!!!! when she took off the blindfold she found she was right and approached them immediately, so excited that she forgot she had cotton in her ears and was talking finnegan's ears off for a few minutes before she finally realized they'd been trying to talk back to her but she couldn't hear.
