This week, it snowed!
Ebb's fur is coming in thicker, and I like to think my fur is, too! That's why I think I'm okay just going out in the snow to play! I don't like scarves and mittens or any of that stuff, since it makes it harder to run around and play in the snow, and I just want to make snowgros and ruuun and throw snowballs and do exciting fun things! As long as I stay out of sight of Alma I don't get scolded, and it's not like I feel cold! The more I move around, the warmer I am, so I just keep move-move-moving until I have to take a break, then I go inside and get some hot cocoa and bundle up!
Well, me and Ebb spent the whoooole week playing in the snow. Well, I did. Ebb just likes to watch over me and make sure I don't get into any trouble. I don't know what she's so worried about! She always has to find a dry spot to sit down, though, which can be hard 'cause the snow is EVERYWHERE. I could play in it forever and ever, but I don't think Ebb likes it so much. Even though she has her 'winter pelt,' like Alma calls it, I still think she doesn't like the cold. She keeps bothering me to go back inside when I've only been out for a couple-a hours! And how much exploring can you get done in that amount of time? Nada! Or at least, not much.
Everything is sooo different in the snow. I just want to enjoy it while it lasts, 'cause I know spring is on its way. In fact, the snow started melting yesterday. So I'm gonna keep enjoying it while I can!

Awww, little baby Lance really loves her snow. Ebb seems a little concerned, though... It's probably for nothing, if you listen to Lance.
