tabbris met rue in town and almost didn't recognize her!! it's been a long time since bug camp, and they both changed a LOT since tabbris was rue's supervisor then. she suggested they go by one of her favorite places, the lake, to catch up. she was definitely surprised to see rue with an egg of her own, but she seemed to be handling it well. while they talked, tabbris decided to practice to start the next level of water magic, brushing up on her water manipulation so she would later be able to use it for the propulsion ability.
