Actually I have too much to do for university to spend my time with drawing, but I really had to try my new pencils. *sigh* So I must work that much more in the next days. Nevertheless it's been worthwhile, because I'm really satisfied with the outcome.
I want to dedicate this pic to my friend Julia, who gave me one of the best experiences in my life (even if it was already one year ago) and always corrects my writings with such patience and skills.
I needed about 8 - 9 hours (spent over a few days).

heheheh. Now If I could just figure out how everyone else is making these manips... I made this one, sure.. but I did it the quick and dirty way. I suck at Gimp. But I did this from scratch. cut and pasting, you know? URGGG... must.. feed... the mpreg demon...

O.o It's a Hobbit film planned?! Uh... I don't seem to be really good informed... But I would like to see him in as many new films, tv shows or something like that. He should have enough time now after finishing with Doctor Who! *sniff*

yup. its to be released sometime this year. well the first part. its been seperated into two factions. the next one will be released in 2011

And, did you do you're planned DT portrait? Did you like the outcome? And even if not, just try it again and again and ... if necessary ... again. 
A few years ago I would never have been able to do such a portrait like this. But I still could use much more exercise. *sighs and looks to the three started drawings in her sketch book* But unfortunately there's never enough time.

such an amazing drawing of the 10th doctor! he is very difficult to draw, imo, especially the hair. in full view you can see the tiny little details...

Yeah, the hair really costs a lot of nerves - but to be honest the most times when I'm drawing I have much more problems to get the lips or the eyes right.
