Description
Nightmare Moon stands vigilant in the crumbled ruins of the castle that once served as her home, standing guard over the Elements of Harmony. Those who seek them will have to pass her trials.
The second entry in my series of anthropomorphic MLP: FiM villains, Nightmare Moon got a more serious treatment and took far too long to color. (All that metal...) Tried some new approaches to coloring here, think it payed off.
No critique please.

The only really deadly bit was the metal. Oh well needed the practice. If I draw the mane six Applejack's fullplate is going to be far more deadly.
And thanks! When I saw how many of the greco-roman armored leather skirt ma-thingies had studs like that I couldn't pass up the opportunity.
