Description Gigantic Moreton Bay Fig tree.

This "Big Fig" tree is one of the largest in California, and you can see that it takes up a lot of space. In contrast to its size, the "Big Fig" drops tiny fruit that serves as mulch under its branches. The little figs have an awful taste that you would not like!

In the 1800s, large estates sought soaring trees to keep the houses and gardens in scale. This can be seen at several historic homes in California. Cities often competed to see who had the largest trees.

That is pretty big. It would be fun to climb it with friends and use as an overwatch.

Yes I think it would be fun to climb. The branches looked big and study enough to be climbed.

I agree, It is probably the widest tree I ever saw.
