in the comics this very much happens, only that bigby can't dance and well, it happens many years after the time in which the game takes place.

the great thing about bigby and snow is that their romance never really gets 'mushy' it's all done in a pretty downplayed and realistic way (for their situation)

Than again, it isn't perfectly similar either because in the game the picture for snow's sister wasn't ripped in the comic, crane was still the man in charge I believe, etc.

actually the game is p much a canon prequel.
crane is not in charge in the comics, in fact he was banned from fabletown and in the one chapter you do see him, it's mentioned that he was banned for being a pervert and stalking Snow.
snow white and rose red hate each other at the beginning of the comic but grow close again later on.
the game is most likely not an alternate world.

Well tell-tale is ambiguous when talking about what universe the game is in... They are guilty of this with walking dead too, since it has characters that we see from the comics and tv show, but those aren't in canon with each other either...

Actually now that i re-checked the comic issue 1 Bigby said something that definitely confirms that thie game's story is not 100% canon, even though it reflects a lot of the information given in the comics.
Bigby says he has never been in a gun fight, which is definitely not the case with the game.
however i heavily doubt that they will go forth and put bigby and snow together as they seem to be doing a good job trying to keep it as canon as possible
