well executed, though i dont see how that would really be much of a problem here considering it is someone's hand. now maybe if it was a piece of fruit or something, there is usually total control of such a subject as one's appendage.
also the idea of taking a photograph of a hand being submerged in water doesnt really seem all that natural. or even well thought out and artistic. but thats not to say that just because the idea is drab that the photograph will be. and in this case its not. looks cool.
but a little bittersweet.

the colours go very well together, it gives it a calm feeling... the water really shows the movement, but in a slow motion kind of way.
