That is fascinating. You can see the waves along the surface of the water on the (your?) hand. I'd love to know if this is as shot or manip'd. I ask because it almost looks too good to believe it is possible as a straight shot. I think that's a complement

I like how the water appears to be surreal, almost gel-like in its substance. How fast did you set the shutter speed to create that look. I have a tendency to want to create a misty look by keeping the shutter speed slow, but I like how the flow of the fountain is crystallized.
