how do you submit this into the Photography gallery when clearly this could not be done without photo manipulation.
but it is very good.

That is awesome but really scary looking. Reminds me of the show I watched on babies being born with two heads. You did a great job with this.

Nothing to say other than perfection.
I do like this version better than the b&w version post at the 'sig.
Nicely done.

Freakish! And so well done: the jawline just blends perfectly with the forehead/eyebrow line.

OMG that is fucking great! i can't stop staring at it.....and i have a huge attention deficit when it comes to stuff here. (which is weird because i can easily spend 6 hours in a small gallery...but i digress)
cheers!

I can say one thing. Usually when I've seen manipulation of this sort done in post processing, the result is somewhat unappealing to the viewer. I mean, distorted faces and the sort doesn't sit well with most people but the natural element conveyed in this piece by way of your skill to capture moments photographically eases that natural repulsive response. Even though it's not the prototypical, fashionable portrait, it still conveys a level of standard rule of thumb, technique and composition. Another thing I want to mention is how my mind naturally puts this photo in motion, the models face moving up towards his head in some cyborgish way. One too many sci-fi books I guess. That said, I like it.

Instant DD. This is just amazing. The chin how it's the eyebrows. The calm and peaceful look.... you are an amazing photographer, and this just goes to show that it's never just a "better camera"

This is fantastic!
How long did the post production take? Did you do it in a dark room or edit it digitally? Sorry... just curious on the processes
