A lil fan art for his oc neowell actually i dint meant to draw his character but it was an accident xD
i was planning to create another oc but dunno why ended up drawing neo xD and i was having really fun so i cant help it but color it !
the hardest part is when i hv to draw tat thing on his left hand xD screwed up but worth it

AHRM! one way is to start with two shapes...circle for the head and a soft triangle for the chin~
the eyes actually depend on the type of character
kid characters have very round wide eyes, and they actually have to lock, and by that i mean a full circle, cus in anime most eyes have this small open gap but in most traditional cartoons its a full on shape with no gaps~
